Good god, am I insane?

In recent weeks I have started to question my sanity.

I blame capitalism.

Example:

Recently, a woman came into the little shop where I work and asked if we sold zipper pulls. When I said no, she looked disappointed and surprised at the same time.

I work in a floral and gift shop.

Maybe I'm crazy, but it's not the first place I'd look for a zipper pull. And even if we did, what kind of shitty gift would THAT be?
